Well first, congratulations! We know it is a big step and for parents who already have the confidence from having previous children we know you don't necessarily need the full coaching session. In this course we will cover: Setting up your birthing space Essentials you will need for your home birth Your birthing companion Pain management at home Herbs, homeopathy and alternative remedies Emergencies & Hospital transfers The placenta Your newborn At the end of this course, You will have a set up your birthing space, have a good idea of what you would like your birth to look like, know what to do and what consists an emergency and be fully prepared!
